The NexStore Bakery features the breath of Chef Crafted Artisan baked goods, including a broad assortments of muffins, cookies, bagels, pastries, cakes and more.

Of course, there’s a rich array of traditional treats like fresh chocolate chip cookies—even home-made rice crispy treat bars.

But if those sweets don’t dazzle you, perhaps something more unusual will. Our bakers are a creative bunch. So while you might want a traditional corn muffin one day, the scent of our sweet potato pecan might draw you the next.

International desserts make the perfect finales to our assortment of dishes from around the globe. Consider tasty Mexican wedding cookies, traditional English trifles, Italian cream cakes, lemon white chocolate operas or German tortes.

One can only imagine our bakery’s assortment of cakes, cut in individual pieces or sold as full - or seven-inch cakes. Imagine curling up with a piece of our fresh New York Style Ricotta Cream Cheese Cake, or Marble Rocky Road Cheese Cake. NexStore is also known for its fresh baked wedding cakes.

Most bakeries--even in restaurants--buy “par-baked products.” These include cake bases, which are made in major bake houses in vanilla, white or chocolate and shipped frozen. They usually include extenders, to extend the life of the batter, as well as flavoring agents.

NexStore does not use par-baked products. In fact, we make the cake bases ourselves; so, you can count on it that our cakes are truly fresh, with no extenders. We even make our own creamy, mouth-watering icings in the NexStore Bakery.

Everything you purchase melts in your mouth, as if it just came out of the oven. If any of the baked goods remain on our shelves from more than 12 hours, we give them to charity.

A lot of love goes into making our Chef Crafted Artisan baked goods. Not only do we eliminate the use of extenders, flavoring agents and more, but we also use only the best ingredients.

Our highly trained, award-winning pastry chefs use only unrefined flours in our breads. Even our baking chocolates are among the finest Belgium cooking chocolates available.
