Our salads are made to order. That means you stroll by each ingredient and tell our salad chefs what to include as part of your salad experience.

As you know, salad was not made by lettuce alone, though we offer a huge selection of Romaine, Spinach, and Field Greens. Salads are creations. Some prefer simple salads, while others create salads with everything but the kitchen sink.

Either salad lover will find joy at the NexStore salad bar. Our salad menu selections feature every imaginable veggie, including fresh, red tomato slices, carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers and more.

For some, no salad is complete without some meat, poultry or seafood. NexStore chefs prepare a variety of chicken, steak, salami, salmon and shrimp specifically for our salad bar.

Fresh, tasty cheeses are a must for just about any salad. We have the spectrum of quality cheese choices, including feta, gorgonzola and cheddar.

You won't find our chef fashioned salad dressings anywhere else. Our chefs offer the traditional choices including creamy Caesar, as well as the more exotic: lemon oregano vinaigrette, low fat sun dried vinaigrette and citrus balsamic vinaigrette, to name a few.

If you really love the dressings, we have them available to take home. Stock your cupboard so that you’re never without your favorite homemade NexStore dressings.

And to top off your salad creation, you can choose among fresh bacon bits, sunflower seeds, walnuts, egg, cheeses and much more.

You decide if you want your salad creation tossed or chopped. The chef will prepare it to your liking and package it in a take-home container.

NexStore bakers work all day long to bake for your over 35 artisan fresh breads. We’ve chosen a broad spectrum of these that make the perfect addition to a great salad and feature them every day around the salad counter.

The salads you create at NexStore are overflowing with freshness. When you think about it, even if you were to purchase each of the ingredients fresh at the grocery store, they’d lose their crispness after more than a day in the refrigerator.

Everything that goes into your salad creation is fresh from that day. We do not store vegetables for the next day.

We carefully choose the vendors that provide our vegetables, so every bite has the taste and texture of just-picked, washed and tossed vegetables.

There are no preservatives and no extenders in anything we make on the premises.
